We are one week away from completing a build with Fraser Homes. We feel very lucky to have partnered with them on this project. In particular, their knowledge of acreage builds is very sound. The people are awesome, and the quality is top notch as well. Fraser employs excellent sub-trades and treats them very well. All of the trades we spoke with mentioned this during the building process. There seemed to be a lot of loyalty amongst the group supporting Fraser Homes. Randy, their sales rep was a great guy to work with on the front end, and Tory was very much on the ball and responsive throughout the build. Tory was also very even-keel during this recent summer/ fall which saw its fair share of disruptions. In reading some of the recent reviews, I can understand why some people were frustrated. We too had a price increase, but to be fair it was an unprecedented building season and we understood why they needed to adjust their pricing. Nonetheless, we feel like we received excellent value for the price of the build. Integrity wise, I can say from our experience that they displayed outstanding integrity during the process, even through a crazy stretch in the industry. We would recommend Fraser Homes to everyone, and we are huge promoters of the business.
