Many of our suppliers have been with us since our inception which helps reduce delays, especially in peak season. We have a solid building process and superior trades which enable us to set deadlines and hit them every time.
We are members of both the Saskatoon & Region Home Builder's Association and the Canadian Home Builder's Association, as well as members of the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program. We are dedicated to building quality homes, committed to customer satisfaction and follow a strict code of ethics.

Fraser Homes uses Buildertrend's software, which enables our clients to access information about their new home build 24/7 via our website. You can get up to date correspondence with our on-site crew. Our office staff can check who is working on your home and what stage they are at on any given day as well as get up to date totals of extras you have added to your home to keep you on budget.

We are one week away from completing a build with Fraser Homes. We feel very lucky to have partnered with them on this project. In particular, their knowledge of acreage builds is very sound. The people are awesome, and the quality is top notch as well. Fraser employs excellent sub-trades and treats them very well. All of the trades we spoke with mentioned this during the building process. There seemed to be a lot of loyalty amongst the group supporting Fraser Homes. Randy, their sales rep was a great guy to work with on the front end, and Tory was very much on the ball and responsive throughout the build. Tory was also very even-keel during this recent summer/ fall which saw its fair share of disruptions. In reading some of the recent reviews, I can understand why some people were frustrated. We too had a price increase, but to be fair it was an unprecedented building season and we understood why they needed to adjust their pricing. Nonetheless, we feel like we received excellent value for the price of the build. Integrity wise, I can say from our experience that they displayed outstanding integrity during the process, even through a crazy stretch in the industry. We would recommend Fraser Homes to everyone, and we are huge promoters of the business. -

We had a great experience building our custom home with Tory and Clay. From start to finish, we were informed about every step and the process was very smooth. We had a million questions and they always answered thoroughly and respectfully. We talked to a lot of different builders before we started and I am so glad we went with Fraser Homes. -

My experience with Fraser Homes was very positive and Fraser Homes didn't just build a Home for me, but they built my dream. I was also encouraged to visit my new home frequently during the different stages of construction; which I did. And true to their word,that "Fraser Homes has never missed a possession date"; possession was the day I was promised. Clay was always patient, transparent and professional with me throughout the whole building process,which I appreciated because I was a novice when it came to anything related to construction. He worked with me within my budget and made my dream a reality. I thank the whole Fraser Homes team for their outstanding professionalism during the whole building process. You all made a rather stressful situation seem easy and effortless and for that I am very grateful.
